The Bank has been operating in the Dutch market since 1988 and concentrates on the central business area here, the so-called “Randstad”, which comprises the area between Amsterdam, The Hague and Utrecht.
Of course finance is also possible in every other part of the Netherlands. Our office is located, as are the head offices of other financial institutions (such as ABN Amro), in the Amsterdam World Trade Centre. The teams in the branch deal with business acquisition, transaction management and property appraisal, covering all aspects of our Dutch business.
The branch customers are institutional investors such as investment funds and local real-estate specialists. Although certain parts of the market are difficult, ge the Dutch real-estate market is in good shape on the whole. Rentals are already recovering in Rotterdam and The Hague, which confirms the positive trend in this highly sophisticated market dominated by professional players.
